I have Just Purchased Grand theft auto 4 for X-box 360 and i played it for about a half hour then it said "disc is unreadable" and it kept saying that. the disc and the tray are perfectly clean. because my other games work just not that one. and ive tried cleaning it each time i don't know what to do please help me.

I'm American. I'm like five pounds overweight according to the doctors, but I think it falls good on my frame... I don't look fat, honest. I don't think guys find that attractive at all, because I see them rolling their eyes when girls talk like that. Yes, they all look/act the same... ON PURPOSE. Which is annoying. For example, let's say one girl where's mascara and eye liner - that's it, no eye shadow or lip gloss or anything. It looks ugly. But that girl gets her two friend to do it, even though it's ugly on them too. Now it's become a widely accepted trend, even though it looks ugly on everyone. If these girls were to go anywhere else besides their school, they would be laughed at. But they all think they're cool because they know how to copy people. Being like everyone else makes you boring, not hot. This venting feels good! I have been growing my African-American daughter's hair since she was a baby. Her hair has always been long and healthy. Now, at age 9, she is beginning early puberty and her hair is breaking off. She has lost about 2.5 inches of hair within the last year. I keep her hair moisturized, oiled with good products, trimmed, and natural without applying much heat and no chemicals. Spitz dog quesion?

I have 2 dogs...one being an American Eskimo and the other being a Pomeranian/Japanese Spitz. They are both the Spitz famliy. My American Eskimo is a spayed female and the other is a male. American Eskimos are very easy to train, adapt to anything and same with Pomeranians. Exercise is a walk and running around backyards. Yes, they require alot of grooming to keep the shedding at a minimum. I shave the both of mine in the summer months...but you have to keep them out of direct sunlight for extended periods because their skin is very light and prone to problems directly from the sun. Also a well balanced diet is improtant to these breeds...not commercial food bought in a grocery store. All dogs can be "yappy" it all depends on how you train them and socialize them. American Eskimos come in 3 sizes...miniature, toy, standard. Mine is a 23 lb standard, my Pom/Spitz is 18 lbs. Whichever you decide, they are both great breeds, and have a great willingness to learn and please.

Can she stay with her grandparents? It is only until your lease is up. She only has one childhood and it sounds like the community perpetuates the attitudes of these students so it is a no win situation. Sometimes trying to get the school to address bullying just makes it worse because the kids increase the bullying after getting in trouble. If the new Lutheran school will not stop it, let her go back to her grandparents. At her age, this bullying can do permanent damage. Your comments describing this small town speak volumes. How do I build a bouldering / climbing wall?

I want to build on the inside brick wall of my garage, to finish up with an overhanging wall. About three weeks to a month ago, my mom had knee surgery done. They replaced her knees. They had to give her a blood transfusion because she lost alot of blood. She is at home with us and is doing well. But, I was wondering, is it likly the blood they gave her has HIV/AIDS? She said it had been scaned sevral times, BUT, HIV/AIDS takes 3 weeks to 6 months for it too show up in a blood test. What if the blood had just been taken out of someone and than scaned and put in her? If they put it in her like 5 hours after taking it out from the donnor, there could be HIV/AIDS that hasn�t had enough time to show up? couple of issues...you have moths, not weevils and bay leaves are supposed to help keep them out of the cabinet ( I have treated countless homes with bay leaves in the cabinets yet still had either weevils or moths), but if you brought them in from a store they are already in the food so it will have no effect. With the moths you should be able to tell easy enough what they are infesting, there will be like a cob web inside the packaging where they are at. Get rid of that and what ever open packaging of dry foods (to be safe) near the source. Go ahead and open up the unopened boxes and inspect for cocoons..not so much for an infestation, but the caterpillar will seek out such places and pupate and in a couple of weeks you will start having the problem again. Thoroughly clean the cabinets concentrating in the corners and under the shelves, once again getting the cocoons.

I have just sanded really carefully my floorboards and this time I want the floor to stay light looking rather than dark. Last time I stained it, then varnished it. The floor itself is old and pale oak or beech (probably oak). Sleep question from paranoid new Mom!?

My baby girl was 5 weeks early and weighed 5lbs11oz. We fed her every 3 hours (start to start) because she was a bit small but now the doctor doesn't seem too concerned about the strict eating schedule, at 9 weeks she is now 9lbs4oz! My question is about night time feedings. She has a bottle at about 9:30pm and then she sleeps until about 5am unless I wake her. If I do wake her it takes 2 hours to get her to settle again and so my mom says I should just let her sleep as she will cry if she's hungry. Is this okay? I have let her sleep twice now and she ends up drinking larger bottles in the day to make up for it so she is getting the same amount of formula in a 24hr period. I am just worried that 7-8hours between feedings is too long? Thanks for your opinions....I must admit the sleep is nice but my baby's health comes first! :)

COBRA Subsidy- do I really have to pay the entire premium to start?

I was terminated from my job on 1/8/10. I was given a paper asking if I elected COBRA and checked "yes". It says I must pay my entire health insurance premium, starting with February 1st as I had already paid January, but that I will somehow be reimbursed for 65% or that amount will be credited to future months. I have taken two paternity tests and both tests show that I am not the father of the child. The test shows that I match 5 of 15 of the sequences and gives me a probibility of 0.0%. Crime in London has increased substantially; especially if you look at the Eastern borough Tower Hamlets (stabbings), and other parts too. The problem that I see in England generally (esp London) is that it is such a some place as compared to the US. In the US, even if you have some bad areas; people dont necessarily feel the effects of them because it's such a huge country. England is too densely populated, with people from all over. The British culture seems very ruthless as compared to America, where everyone is welcoming. In England, people judge others: by their accents, ethnic backgrounds etc. Look at the differences in humor between the 2 countries. I love British culture though (look at the pion for fans for their football clubs), but it just seems geared to cause divide between different sections of community.

REM sleep?

I was wondering because I dream every night and I remember the dream. However, they are not extremely vivid as they should be during REM sleep, or maybe I'm just confused. For example today I was dreaming that I was in a pool and I remember saying that I was freezing. However, I can't exactly recall if I actually felt cold. I do remember a lot of it though. I am planning to apply for fall 2012. I have a BA with a double major in English and Psychology. I graduated with a pretty low GPA so I'm a little worried. My overall GPA at graduation was a 3.218. I went back to take some prerequisite cles for OT and brought it up to a 3.288. My overall GPA in the prerequisite cles is a 3.8. I have worked as a pharmacy technician for 5 years so I have experience in the health care field and I will be doing some volunteering and observing in OT offices over the summer before I apply. My recommendations should be good. I got a 1100 on the GRE & I really don't want to have to take it again. I know I am probably not competitive for the top schools like USC & BU but do I have any chances of getting into any decent schools with decent ranking or any schools at all? Thoughts?

I have a serious router issue?

I just bought a new Netgear WGR614 router I have an old D-LINK DI-514 router too. My old D-LINK works very good the only thing is its a B router and WPA PSK doesnt work properly. So I am trying to upgrade to this G Router netgear. I set it up alright with the disc it came. It was a success, But once I connect to to the internet again it goes very slow. I mean sometimes it will load a page after 30 seconds sometimes it will not load at all. I plug my dlink back on and it works like it should very fast. I have 4 mbps comcast cable internet. So I am wondering how do I resolve this? firmware on both ends are up to date. I have a connection to the internet through the router but it is either to slow and times out or it doesnt load a page at all. Maybe I have to configure something either with the NIC or the router, I dont know what to do.

8 wk old on Enfamil Nutramigen, Diarreha/Vomit..Please help?

My wife and I have a 8 wk old daughter. She has been on Soy formula since her 2nd week. She is very colicky and we seem to have tried everything. She has a rflux problema and does not sleep very well at all. She also has long periods of fussiness and restlessness all day long. The Dr. put her on Zantac a few weeks ago and it did not help, she has also tried a thicker formula and all she did was spit it up or not take it at all. The Dr. just put her on the Nutramigen, now not only is she still colicky, she now has diarreha and vomits even more. He wanted to try the new expensive formula before prevacid. Nothing seems to work, Any suggestions on formula............................We have also tried gripe water, colic calm, and praying, all with no luck.

Junior in high school right now, and I'm pretty set on my future major and career for the most part. I really like automobiles and would like to obtain either a mechanical or aerospace degree in order to work with them. But I don't know which degree would be better. Was it rude of me to write to my friend to tell her i'm not attending her wedding?

A girl i know (used to live in her city two years ago) asked me unexpectdly out verbally would i attend her wedding as a guest. As she asked me over the phone and i wasnt prepared would i attend her wedding pre invite i said yes there and then as i got embarressed into it. Then she sent me the wedding invitation. Now one month before her wedding, things have gone wrong in my life. My partner lost his job, my mom is sick in a mental hospital, i've money worries and am stressed over a health matter, and i'm in therapy over another matter. I didnt have the energy to phone the girl and explain all this and didnt want to. I rather leave my problems for therapy and i feel this girl is too nosey anyhow. Also i find the relationship a bit pressursing, she is too demanding of my time and was ringing and texting all the time and being nosey about my problems that i shared wtih her once upon a time and which i dont wish to discuss with her each time. I couldnt face a telpehone call to her so I emailed a nice email wishing her and her fiance the best of luck and saying i was sorry i had to pull out and outliend my problems briefly explaining that when i accepted her invitation a number of weeks back things were different. I then invited her to my city for dinner and hotel for one night and said me and my husband would meet them after the wedding and that would be my present. She then emailed me and said she didnt wnat my present seeing as i had financial worriies and said that she was real dissapointed i didnt phone instead of mailing her. Now she hasnt contacted me since to even ask about my mum. Whos unreasonable? I wish the girl the best, i dont want to fall out with her, but its preying on my mind. HOw should i move forward.

I know what you mean. My grandmother had been born in the Ukraine, then moved. Her parents spoke almost ONLY Ukrainian, but Gram also had to deal with people who didn't speak it, so though she had first learned Uke, she had to learn something else to live here. She taught my mother a lot of Uke, but Mom was also surrounded by people who knew none, and since Gram had learned some English, she could teach some, too. Mom knows little Uke now. When _I_ grew up, if Gram hadn't lived with us, I wouldn't know a WORD of Uke. Mom KNOWS some, but she never USES it. Now, after Gram's been dead for so many years, I haven't practiced anything and I can remember maybe TWO words.

when I was 38 I met a south african man,and the same day, he moved in with me. I just knew he was the one. We married in Russia 5 months later (I was working there), and had 9 years together. Then he died from cardiomyopathy aged 35. This was 7 years ago and I can never get over it. It was the best and worst relationship of my life. Have a bug problem, Can someone tell me what kind of bug it is?

They're very small, maybe a few mm's long, about the size of those tiny black ants. What I do know is that its not a roach, termite, cricket, lice or gnat. Its brown in color, and looks like it may have a shell like a beetle. Im also seeing them in odd places like under a damp towel after I do the dishes, the freezer, inside tupperware, cups, pans and in common places like the counter, bathroom floor anywhere that seems to have moisture. They dont seem to care for food, though they seem to be in the kitchen more. Also Im seeing very tiny white bugs that resemble maggots, though Ive never seen maggots this small before, and those Ive found in the freezer and near the sink and they're always dead too. I think they're the offspring of the other bugs or something like that. Someone please give me some ideas about what these bugs are so I can get rid of them.

Why are cops/authority figures usually so unsympathetic, mean, and cold?

That's why police all over the world are referred to as pigs. Our tax money pay for their wages and they treat us like ****. I have to go to court soon for a red light traffic violation. I turned right on red, when there were no cars moving, and no pedestrians around. Yes, its my bad for not making a complete stop, but the thing is, there were no cars moving, and no pedestrians around. It's less dangerous to do that than a crazy "think he's a street racer type" changing lanes on the freeway. Yet i have to waste my time going to court, and have to pay a fine soon and point on license for higher insurance cost. They have no sympathy for me, because im a college student working part time to help pay for gas, insurance, and school, i don't even have money to go to the movies or to buy anything other than necessities. I can't afford the damn ticket, yet judges, police, and government could afford the ticket, yet they would get away with the violations. I don't get how they think they are higher or more divine than the us (people of America, or state), when it is the we, who pay tax money that greatly contribute to their income. Also, if the police was a civilian in your shoes, they would want to save money by getting their car towed for free by AAA instead of having a police call their expensive towing buddies to tow their car out. I've seen it a couple of times where a towman tows a person's car and has a nice friendly chat with a police meaning they do business alot and might be friends from before. For people who are saying imagine us in their shoes, does that really justify to letting them treating the rest of the public like ****, even though they deal with the worst of society? Even though I'm living in one of the worst cities in America, it doesn't necessarily mean that everybody in my city is a drug dealer or robber. There are still doctors and laywers and other white collar people living in this city also. It's just so damn wrong.
