Lookin for the title of a movie from late seventies or early eighties?

I only remember a few details...it was about two women who moved back in to their family home to live out the rest of their days...They were old women....Their family home was situated high on a bluff (pretty sure), costal Oregon (perhaps Washington)...it was a simple drama.
