Considering prison inmates make bridges and dentures for teeth do dentists like totally rip us off?

I am a relatively young person but I can't afford to fork out $3,500 for a bridge. For 4 years I am missing teeth in my mouth and can only chew on one side and never ever ever smile with my mouth open or laugh. I am watching Lockup and it is showing how the inmates get the molds the dentist takes of patients and sculp dentures and bridges!!! So their profit margin is nearly 100% yet they charge an arm and a leg. I am extra mad now!! My tax dollars pay for the prisoner so shouldn't we get a discount or something?
