I think my 3 month old son has colic? Please answer.?

My baby boy cries for no reason around this time until around 8-9 pm everyday..I try everything, burping, changing, feeding, rocking, his swing, EVERYTHING. He just keeps crying. What do I do? Do I need to make an appointment with his pediatrician or what? What can I do to help him? I feel so bad for him..Please!!!
