Does it bother you that Utah outlaws public alcoholic beverage preparation in restaurants?

In places like Chili's and Applebee's and even normal bars the drinks have to be prepared behind a 10 ft. wall. Drinks can't be served over a bar or counter. They say young people who witness how drinks are made will be enticed by the demon of alcoholism.
