On what grounds do Yahoo! consider an account-deletion or suspension submission?

If our Question or Answer violating the community Guideliness... Then our Q or A will be removed and we will receive the Violation Notice E-Mail... Suppose our Q or A is insulting the others or if we used any uncensored avatar... Then Yahoo! will suspend our answers account.. We can use other services of Yahoo! But sometimes Yahoo! will Deactivate the account because of the severity of Violations
