Chem Help!!!!!!!!!!!?

The freezing point of a solution prepared by dissolving 0.200 mole of HF(g) in 2.00 kg of water is -0.19 degrees C. Is HF primarily intact in solution, existing as HF(aq), or has it dissociated to H+(aq) and F-(aq) ions? Does this mean HF is a weak or strong acid?
