Can i get emancipated?

i live with my mom and now my dad is sewing for costady but now i want to live on my own ill be 16 in may 14 2009 and my mom walnt let me but its not up to her right so i was woundering how to gett emancipated cause my mom makes me doing everything cook and get grounded for the littlest things like i was only one minute lateand i got grounded for 2 weeks and once my brothers got introuble with the police and got grounded for 2 weeks and i got a little saterday detention and got grounded for 2 mounths also would i be abel to get emancipated if i am on truance for leaving school and being late to calss and i just got a under age a week ago well i was just woundering cause im getting a job and i have a place i can live for $150 amonth and i can eat there sleep there and stay there as long as i want and ill still go to school and graguate.
