Canker sore or... something else?

i googled pictures of canker sores and it looks like exactly what i have. but now i have 3! can they spread? theyre all on the inside of my lip.. not the outside. and they hurt. ive had one for a few days now (in the middle of my lip) and 2 more just popped up today on either side. what are they?!
