How to whiten dentures?

My 82 year old Mother has had dentures for a long time and would like to whiten them. Since she is 82 she really feels no need to buy new ones at her age, so I thought I would check out if anyone knows how to whiten them for her. Any dental offices I call suggest new ones of course.
