Are virgos fearless? I almost got mugged and didn't felt fear?

My bday is september 7th 1986, second decan of the virgo bloodlines (I only said bloodlines cause I thought it sounded cool lol) I was born at 8:00pm I'm not sure what ascension i have, i think its taures or aries, anyways, I love being in the middle of the danger zone makes me feel alive, I love excitement and I love doing crazy ****, sky diving etc, I almost mugged last night, but the idiot took out a erfly knive so I disarmed him, I am pretty fit, 5'9 180lbs 10% bodyfat, my aliant was about 6'1 200lbs, he was some fat ***, I love challenges HAHA, seriously speaking I know what feeling nervous is, but I don't know what feeling fear is, I'm not trying to be y or arrogant, I'm just keeping it real....
