Why are Asians such poor drivers?

I grew up in Utah (a place not known for it's Asian population) but recently moved to Seattle where they're literally everywhere. I have noticed an obvious and marked difference in their driving habits compared to other races. I mean, they are downright clumbsy drivers. I now intentionally avoid them on the road. I mean, I move far away because I 'm thinking they don't know what the heck is going on around them. Hand-eye coordination is seriously screwed up with them I think.Why is this? How can it be so consistent in a population?
