Do they have to do every movie(avengers/marvel)?

so far the new marvel Studios have came up with iron-man and hulk(loved them).at the end of hulk, general ross was talking to stark and stark said something about starting a team (taking credit from nick fury).well,next year is captain america and late 2009 or early 2010 is the thor movie. are they going to have make a hank pym,scarlet witch and vision movie?what about a shield movie?is it going to be 2017 when the avenger movie comes?
